Assault Case # 14-04-2040
On April 12, 2014 at approximately 11pm, Comal County Sheriffs Deputies were dispatched to the address of 14580 River Road in Canyon Lake, Comal County Texas for a report of an assault against the cashier. The suspect is a white male who goes by the name of “Danny”. The male was accompanied by a pregnant white female (see attached photos for both). Detectives with the Comal County Sheriff’s Office are seeking information on the following case: Case # 14-04-0659 - Burglary.
Around 1440 hrs. on 03/31/2014 Comal County Sheriffs Deputies were dispatched to the Bulverde, Spring Branch area. For a burglary not in progress.
Upon arrival Deputies spoke to the victim of the crime and they recovered two pictures of a Maroon Ford, F-250, four door P/U occupied by two males entering and leaving the property.

On 2/23/2014 Bulverde Police Department Officers took a report of some stolen blue-ray DVD movies at the Bulverde HEB plus at 20725 Hwy. 46 West, Bulverde, TX 78070
An unidentified male was seen exiting the store with some of the stolen blue-ray movies.
Within two days approximately $4,000 worth of movies had been taken from the HEB Plus.

Bulverde P.D 02/05/2014
On 2.1.2014 at about 2:45 pm a subject was observed breaking into a coin operated machine at the Oasis car wash on Hwy 46 across from Smokey Mo’s in Bulverde. Officers responded to the location and suspect was gone on their arrival.
The subject was described as a white
male with a pony tail wearing a black sweater. The suspect was last seen
driving a black older model S-10 Chevrolet pick-up from the scene.

On 2.2.2014 just after midnight Bulverde Officers were dispatched to the 281 mini-storage strip center located at 30080 US Hwy 281 for a burglary in progress with shots being fired.
When officers arrived at the Texas Wine & Spirits liquor store they discovered the window had been shot out with possibly a large caliber handgun.
Taken from the business were several bottles of alcohol, tobacco and money. Video of this was taken of this burglary and in the video it showed a small dark colored passenger car arriving and showed two males fleeing from the business.
This is the second burglary in three weeks that has happened at this address.

JOSHUA was last seen on Friday, February 4th, 2011 at approximately 8:40 pm at his home in the 2600 block of Savannah Hills Circle, New Braunfels, TX.
At that time, JOSHUA was 2’0”, 30 lbs and last seen wearing blue and red plaid button down long sleeve shirt over a Rocaware brand grey long sleeve t-shirt, and a beige and white onesy and Rocaware brand dark blue jeans with black and white socks, no shoes. Joshua suffered from Asthma and was taking medication.
An extensive search of the area was conducted by multiple agencies and citizens with negative results.

Between 12/27/2013 and 12/28/2013 in the 33200 Blk. Of US Hwy 281 Bulverde TX. There was an ATV parked behind an 8’ fence at that location. The ATV had been put up for sale. During those two days Unknown suspect(s) cut through the fence in two places and stole the ATV.
The ATV was described as a Red, Kawasaki Prairie, and 2005 model four wheeler with no known Vehicle Identification number.

The complainted stated he was inside the store and upon returning to his vehicle realized that his faded dark red 1998 Ford Windstar Van, TX/688RKX had been stolen. The van had numerous work related items inside. It is further described as having dark tinted windows with luggage rack on the roof and minor dents near the right driver side tire and on the back left quarter panel. The attached photo is a similar model.

On 9-11-2013,
during the day light hours, a residence on Stirrup Drive located in the
Windmill Ranch subdivision was burglarized. The suspect(s) forced entry through
a back door and went through the residence taking items. It is believed that
there were two actors involved in this theft due to the weight of a safe that was stolen.
Some of the Unusual items that were taken include Malaysian, Mexican, Taiwanese and Chinese currency.
There is also a small Buddha ornament made out of jade that was missing. Value of all the items are approximately $30,000 .

Sometime during Friday Aug 9th into Saturday Aug 10th, there was a rash of vehicle burglaries in a very concentrated area of The Pinnacle subdivision.

Bulverde P.D has responded to two separate residential burglaries earlier this month.
The first one August 1, 2013 in the 1400 Blk. Shepherds Ranch Rd. and the second one August 2, 2013 in the 200 Blk. Persimmon Hill Rd.
Entry into one of the homes was made through a broken rear window on one of the homes and the other had the front door pushed in. Items missing include firearms, flat screen televisions, computers and jewelry.

Car Burglaries
On or about July 6, 2012 the City of Bulverde received several reports of car burglaries. The vehicles were located in the Oak Village North subdivision located off FM 1863.
