Detectives with the Comal County Sheriff’s Office are seeking information on the following case: Case # 14-04-0659 - Burglary.

Around 1440 hrs. on 03/31/2014 Comal County Sheriffs Deputies were dispatched to the Bulverde, Spring Branch area. For a burglary not in progress.

Upon arrival Deputies spoke to the victim of the crime and they recovered two pictures of a Maroon Ford, F-250, four door P/U occupied by two males entering and leaving the property.

On 2/23/2014 Bulverde Police Department Officers took a report of some stolen blue-ray DVD movies at the Bulverde HEB plus at 20725 Hwy. 46 West, Bulverde, TX 78070

An unidentified male was seen exiting the store with some of the stolen blue-ray movies.

Within two days approximately $4,000 worth of movies had been  taken from the HEB Plus.

On 2.1.2014 at about 2:45 pm a subject was observed breaking into a coin operated machine at the Oasis car wash on Hwy 46 across from Smokey Mo’s in Bulverde. Officers responded to the location and suspect was gone on their arrival. 

The subject was described as a white male with a pony tail wearing a black sweater. The suspect was last seen driving a black older model S-10 Chevrolet pick-up from the scene.

Burglary of Business
February 05, 2014

Bulverde Police Department       Comal County Case #14-02-0185

On 2.2.2014 just after midnight Bulverde Officers were dispatched to the 281 mini-storage strip center located at 30080 US Hwy 281 for a burglary in progress with shots being fired.

When officers arrived at the Texas Wine & Spirits liquor store they discovered the window had been shot out with possibly a large caliber handgun.

Taken from the business were several bottles of alcohol, tobacco and money. Video of this was taken of this burglary and in the video it showed a small dark colored passenger car arriving and showed two males fleeing from the business.

This is the second burglary in three weeks that has happened at this address.

Missing Child Joshua Davis
January 29, 2014

 UP TO $7,500 REWARD

For information revealing the whereabouts of JOSHUA DAVIS that leads to an arrest or indictments of the individual(s) involved.

JOSHUA was last seen on Friday, February 4^th, 2011 at approximately 8:40 pm at his home in the 2600 block of Savannah Hills Circle, New Braunfels, TX. 

At that time, JOSHUA was 2’0”, 30 lbs and last seen wearing blue and red plaid button down long sleeve shirt over a Rocaware brand grey long sleeve t-shirt, and a beige and white onesy and Rocaware brand dark blue jeans with black and white socks, no shoes.  Joshua suffered from Asthma and was taking medication.

An extensive search of the area was conducted by multiple agencies and citizens with negative results. 

Crime Stoppers and NBPD are again asking for your help.  Tipsters with information leading to Joshua`s whereabouts may be eligible for a reward of up to $7,500 should an arrest or indictment take place.  This offer expires March 1, 2014.

Theft of an ATV

Bulverde P.D                                              Case # 13 12 4172

Between 12/27/2013 and 12/28/2013 in the 33200 Blk. Of US Hwy 281 Bulverde TX. There was an ATV parked behind an 8’ fence at that location. The ATV had been put up for sale. During those two days Unknown suspect(s) cut through the fence in two places and stole the ATV.

 The ATV was described as a Red, Kawasaki Prairie, and 2005 model four wheeler with no known Vehicle Identification number.

Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
December 26, 2013

On Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at approximately 7:45pm, NBPD responded to Tiger Tote #2, 1082 IH 35 South, in reference to a stolen vehicle.  The complainted stated he was inside the store and upon returning to his vehicle realized that his faded dark red 1998 Ford Windstar Van, TX/688RKX had been stolen.  The van had numerous work related items inside.  It is further described as having dark tinted windows with luggage rack on the roof and minor dents near the right driver side tire and on the back left quarter panel. The attached photo is a similar model.

BURGLARY of a BUILDING
September 16, 2013

S.O. case number- C13-09-1913     P.D. case number - 13-02735

 On 9-11-2013, during the day light hours, a residence on Stirrup Drive located in the Windmill Ranch subdivision was burglarized. The suspect(s) forced entry through a back door and went through the residence taking items. It is believed that there were two actors involved in this theft due to the weight of a safe that was stolen. Some of the Unusual items that were taken include Malaysian, Mexican, Taiwanese and Chinese currency. There is also a small Buddha ornament made out of jade that was missing. Value of all the items are approximately $30,000 .

Sometime during Friday Aug 9^th into Saturday Aug 10^th, there was a rash of vehicle burglaries in a very concentrated area of  The Pinnacle subdivision.

 there was a total of eleven vehicles burglarized. Almost all the vehicles were reported to have had something taken from them.

One of the vehicles had several electronic items stolen from it .

BURGLARY
August 22, 2013

Bulverde P.D has responded to two separate residential burglaries earlier this month.

The first one August 1, 2013 in the 1400 Blk. Shepherds Ranch Rd. and the second one August 2, 2013 in the 200 Blk. Persimmon Hill Rd.

Entry into one of the homes was made through a broken rear window on one of the homes and the other had the front door pushed in. Items missing include firearms, flat screen televisions, computers and jewelry.

 LOCATION: 400 BLK of Nancy Drive in Canyon Lake Village West

 On Friday, February 1, 2013, Deputies of the Comal County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 400 block of Nancy Drive in the Canyon Lake Village West subdivision. Deputies reported items throughout the house were broken, damaged and thrown all around the home. Damage was also in the interior structure of the house with estimated damages of over $45,000.

Aggravated Robberies~FastWay Food Mart
January 10, 2013

Comal County Crime Stoppers and NBPD are asking for assistance in identifying the armed robber who has robbed the FastWay Food Mart, 1412 E. Common St on three separate occasions; twice in December and early this morning, January 10, 2013. 

The suspect enters wearing a ski mask and blue hoodie although it appears black on the cameras.  He displays a semi-auto handgun and hands the cashier blue pillow case style bag as he demands money.

Comal County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $5,000 cash reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect. Reward expires February 9, 2013.

Wells Fargo Robbery
December 27, 2012

On 12-27-12, at approximately 11:00 am, the Wells Fargo Bank, 877 Loop 337, NB, TX was robbed by the individual pictured.

He is approximately 5’3” to 5’7” dressed in all black; possibly wearing a wig w/sunglasses.

The suspect displayed a weapon, took the money and left the area on foot.   No vehicle was seen in the area.
