Burglary of a Habitation (multiple counts)

Towards the end of September 2007, one area of Comal County has been hit particularly hard with home burglaries. The subdivisions of Hillcrest Estates and Devil’s Backbone Heights have seen several burglaries. FM 306, FM 3424, and FM 32 bracket these subdivisions. One of the items taken was an 18-gauge shotgun, a rare historic firearm.
