Over the past several months several offenses against the property of Comal ISD have gone unsolved. Comal County Crime Stoppers is again asking for your help in solving these cases.

Smithson Valley High School

Burglary of a Building (C07-01-0681)
During the weekend of January 6-7th, someone broke into the field house concession area and men’s restroom. Several doors and frames were destroyed. The estimate to repair the damage caused by the thieves is approximately $1,000.00.

Criminal Mischief (C07-01-2623)
On Friday, January 12th, maintenance personnel discovered three windows in the football stadium home- side ticket booth damaged. The windows had been shot out with what is believed to be a pellet gun. The estimate to repair the windows is approximately $500.00.

Smithson Valley Middle School

Criminal Mischief (C07-02-0409)
During the weekend of February 2-3rd, someone with a vehicle broke into the main gate of Smithson Valley Middle School, and drove onto the football field, causing considerable damage to the turf. Doughnuts were cut into the turf by the spinning tires, and the estimate to repair the damage is over $4,000.00.

Comal County Sheriff’s investigators are looking for leads in these cases, and could use your help. If you have any information, Crime Stoppers makes this offer. Please remember that you do not have to give your name.

Crime Stoppers will pay a cash reward of up to $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and grand jury indictment of the person(s) responsible for the commission of these crimes.
