Spring Branch, TX
Felony Theft, C06-10-2653
The crew of a masonry construction company had a rude surprise on Sunday morning, October 29, 2006. The equipment they had set out at the 273 Comal Springs construction site the day before had disappeared. Scaffolding, walk brace boards, tools, and bags of mortar were loaded up and carried off. There was so much stuff that the crooks had to have taken some time to load, and had to have had a truck and trailer to remove it. The value of the stolen items totaled over $4000. Call if you saw anything.

During the ten days prior to the report on 10-27-06, thieves made forced entry to the property in the 6600 block of FM 311, and carried off a bounty of implements and antiques. Taken was a red and gray Ford tractor, with shredder and several implements, a Honda ATV, 16ft. flatbed trailer, a Scotts brand riding mower, several gas- powered string trimmers, a chain saw, hand tools, and an assortment of antique drink and gas station signs.
