Criminal Mischief (multiple counts)

Residents in the Cypress Springs subdivision and Spring Branch Rd. area awoke Wednesday, 1-23-08 to find the resulting carnage left by late- night motorized marauders.

Mailboxes all along a stretch of Phantom Rider Trail (go figure) were destroyed by what witnesses describe as a truck with loud exhaust. Most of the mailboxes were of rock or brick construction. The gate at the subdivision park was rammed and destroyed, to the tune of $5,000.00 damage.

Comal County Sheriff’s investigators are looking for leads in these cases, and could use your help. If you have any information, and you wish to remain anonymous, Crime Stoppers makes this offer.
