On the night of September 27, 2007, Officers responded to the 300 block of East South Street for a report of shots fired and a subject being down. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 23 year old male lying in the roadway. The male had been shot and was already deceased when located by Police. The victim was later identified as Matthew Gutierrez of New Braunfels, TX.
Police and the New Braunfels/Comal County Crime Stoppers are asking for your assistance solving this murder. Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $10,000.00 cash reward for information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the person(s) responsible for this crime.
